Zdravím vás všetkých, som Meme zo Stred Crew, Zvolen . Breakinu sa venujem od roku 2004. Momentálne žijem v Manchesteri, UK, kde pracujem aj tancujem.

 

  1. Tréning robí kráľov. Ako pristupuješ k tréningu ty? Robíš si tréningové plány?

 

Čo sa týka tréningu, trénujem podľa nálady. Tým chcem povedať, že niekedy sa snažím viac tancovať, niekedy sa sústredím viac na veci, alebo len tak freestyleujem a hľadám nové cesty, prechody, no vždy sa snažím aby to malo flow.

Snažím sa kombinovať všetko spolu. U mňa to bolo zo začiatku iba o powermoves. Postupne sa to vo mne začalo meniť na základe skúsenosti a vždy je to o zmene. Človek sa mení. Jeho pohľad na život na tanec a na všetko sa mení.

Začal som riešiť iné veci, hľadal som pohyby s ktorými sa moje telo a myseľ najviac stotožňovali. U mňa je powermoves basic a snažím sa okolo neho vytvárať rôzne iné cesty a zapájať ho do toho.

Človek sa stále učí, ale dôležité je podľa mňa zistiť, čo ti ide najlepšie a rozvíjať to maximálne ako to ide. Najlepšie je ísť podľa pocitu, ako to cítiš. Inšpiruj sa, vypočuj si rady, ale ty najlepšie vieš, čo chceš.

 

 

  1. Ako nestresovať pri battlení ? Ako si užiť battle naplno?

 

Ako nestresovať pri battlení je zaujímavá otázka. Človek môze byt v strese, ale aj nemusí, záleží ako sa k tomu postaví, ale aj aký má deň. Samozrejme každý z nás sa niekedy cíti, že by dokázal poraziť hocikoho a niekedy sa cíti veľmi malý a nesvoj a ma pocit, že je slabý.

 

Ide podľa mňa o ten vnútorný hlas, ktorý počúvaš. Musíš si stále opakovať, že to dokážeš a že máš na to. Všetci sme si rovni, všetci sme ľudia a každý dokážeme čo si zaumienime. Dôležité  je sa psychicky podporovať. Sám seba. A aj keď  to nevyjde, v hlave musíš  byť stále víťaz  a takýto prístup ti časom prinesie ovocie.

 

V živote si každý prechádza obdobiami a nie vždy sú veci ľahké, ale dôležité je zotrvať a ostať silný. Battles treba brať ako skúsenosť a vždy si z toho zobrať niečo čo ta posunie ďalej. Treba mat pozitívnu myseľ.

 

Čo sa týka užitia si battles pre mňa osobne záleží dosť na DJovi a hudbe ktorú v mojom battli pusti. Ide o ten pocit, ktorý v tebe vyvolá tu silu, ktorá veľa krát aj rozhoduje o všetkom.

Môj životný štýl je pestrý. Rad sa zabávam, ale rad aj na sebe makám. Behávam, cvičím, trénujem a pijem pivko 🙂

Mám rad párty a rad sa zabávam s ľuďmi  ktorých mám rad. Milujem humor a ľudí ktorí sú otvorení a pozitívni.

Úspech pre mňa je vytrvanie v tom čo robíš a neustále sa posúvanie. Snažiť sa inšpirovať a posúvať ľudí okolo seba. Čo sa týka vzdelávania u mňa osobne ide skôr o to mať všeobecný prehľad, ale hlavne nájsť, čo človek vnútorne cíti a chce, kam ho to ťahá a keď to už vie, tak nech sa to snaží čo najviac maximalizovať.

 

Keď vieš, že nejaký hustý b-boy ide cestou, ktorá sa ti páči, páči sa ti ako maká alebo ťa inšpiruje, tak sa z neho snaž vytiahnuť čo najviac informácií a rozvíjaj sa v tom čo cítiš. Preto je najlepšie cestovanie, battlovanie, zbieranie skúseností. Tvoj tanec sa bude neustále meniť, vďaka inšpirácií, ktorú budeš naberať z ľudí okolo seba.
