Tréningové plány si nerobím. Snažím sa trénovať, čo najviac a to mi vychádza tak 3x do týždňa, nakoľko popri škole a práci viac nestíham. Keď si to porovnám s časom, keď som bol na základke alebo strednej a trénoval som každý deň v týždni, tak teraz som skutočne rád, že mám aspoň tie 3.

Myslím, že ak máš častý a pravidelný drill, tak sa to odzrkadlí na čistote pohybu. Zasa ďalšia vec, ktorá u mňa platí, je že ak som mal od tréningu dlhšiu pauzu, tak som bol oveľa tvorivejší a s čistou hlavou. Podľa môjho názoru v tom treba nájsť zdravú rovnováhu a vedieť rozpoznať, kedy by sa človek mal zatnúť, aby makal a veci vyčistil, ale zasa trénovať v jednom kuse, ako robot na monátžnej linke ťa pri breaku môže brzdiť pri tvorení nových vecí.

 

Break je pre mňa o tvorivosti a tá začína v hlave, ale aby tam aj nezostala, tak človek musí ísť na tréning a nápady pretaviť do skutočného pohybu. Aj keď je to veľmi individuálne najlepší z bboys a bgirls, ktorých poznám osobne sú tí, čo berú tréningy seriózne.

Ja osobne som mal vždy taký mindset, že „Idem vyhrať!“. Držím si ho celú dobu, čo tancujem lebo nie je až tak dôležité, kto proti tebe v bitke stojí, ale to, ako si sa dobre pripravil. Keď už si v bitke, tak by si sa mal sústrediť na to, čo dokážeš ty sám a nie na to, kto stojí proti tebe. Ukáž, že si makal, ukáž že si prišiel vyhrať. Vtedy si to užiješ naplno.
