  1. Predstav sa nám.

Volám sa Zuzana Hanusová, hip-hopovým štýlom tanca sa venujem viac ako 14 rokov, z toho breakinu od roku 2008. Spolu s Dexterom sme v roku 2013  založili Školu Breaku. Milujem batllenie a preto sa snažím chodiť na čo najviac a najlepšie zahraničných battlov, jamov, eventov.

 

V tanci aj živote za najdôležitejšie považujem vzdelávanie  a makanie na sebe, preto sa snažím navštevovať workshopy a vždy si odniesť nové myšlienky a know-how, ktoré ma vedia posunúť ďalej – a samozrejme potom na nich aj pracovať 🙂

 

  1. Tréning robí kráľov. Ako pristupuješ k tréningu ty? Robíš si tréningové plány?

 

Myslím si, že človek sa dokáže najrýchlejšie zlepšiť systematickou prácou a preto sa aj ja snažím neskúšať každých 5 minút niečo nové so zistením, že za pol roka som vyskúšala milión vecí a neviem ani jednu.

 

Robím si tréningové plány, premýšľam nad tým ako a čo chcem trénovať a využiť čas na tréningu efektívne. Väčšinou si tréning rozdelím na časti: zahrievanie; freestyle; drillovanie nových vecí, ktoré sa chcem naučiť; vymýšlanie, pretváranie krokov, freezov, setov atď. a posilovanie.

 

Samozrejme, že plány sú plány a nie vždy sa ich držím. Keď sa stane, že mám chuť iba freestylovať, tak celý tréning freesytlujem, keď som unavená,  tak vymýšľam a prerábam moves, niekedy keď som zas psychicky unavená, tak iba drillujem.

Haha, no, to je dobrá otázka 🙂

Podľa mňa treba k battlu pristupovať, že je to zábava nebrať ho až príliš vážne a nemať od seba nereálne očakávania.  Osobne sa snažím zabaviť, zatancovať si, dávať to, čo som na tréningoch namakala a hlavne sa z neho do budúcna poučiť. Tiež mi pomáha keď chodíme na väčšie battle mimo SR, kde mám  väčší tlak a  keď potom  prídeme na slovenskú akciu, cítim sa ako na tréningu 😀

Asi rýchly a hektický 😀

 

Vstávam o 6:00, chodím do roboty – robím duševne, nie fyzicky, takže je to veľká výhoda :-D,na ceste do práce a z práce  sa v autobuse vzdelávam alebo premýšľam nad tréningom, rovno z práce sa snažím takmer každý deň ísť na tréning a večer ešte robím okolo nášho občianskeho (Škola Breaku) a začínajúceho podnikania. Cez víkendy si pospím niekedy aj do 8:00 😀 veľa krát chodíme na battle. Keď zrovna battle nie je, tak dobieham to čo cez týždeň nestíham – vzdelávanie v tanci, práci, podnikanie a hlavne si nechávam veľa času na tréning. Sem tam sa stane, že máme voľný deň a že ideme s Dexterom na chatu alebo si dáme chill.

Ako som už spomínala, snažím sa chodiť na veľa workshopov, kde nejde ani tak o nejaké moves, ale skôr o to ako trénujú, vymýšľajú a vnímajú breakin iný kvalitný bboys.

 

Pozerám dokumenty o breakine, čítam knihy o hip-hope. Veľmi dobrý zdroj na čerpanie poznatkov o histórii hip-hopu  je Mr. Wiggles.

 

S Dexterom sme si na pár mesiacov zaplatili online vzdelávanie, ktoré robí Focus a AT z Flow Mo vo Fínsku, ktorí naozaj majú čo ponúknuť :-). Inšpiráciu beriem vo všetkom čo vidím, ale v brekine (pozeraním iných battlov a tanečníkov)  asi najmenej. Snažím sa inšpirovať inými tancami, prípadne športami, alebo umením a veľa čerpám z obdobia keď som tancovala iné štýly – potom to  všetko zmiešam a snažím sa to pretvárať.
